Highly Pleased and Honoured to have been invited by UNESCO-Maghreb to participate in the #WorldPressFreedomDay Celebration in the #Arab Region and to have represented Moulay Ismail University of Meknes, a long-time partner of UNESCO, in this highly important event in Rabat on 3-4 May 2024, which was devoted this year to the pressing issue of a press for the planet. I seized the opportunity to highlight the necessity of Media and Information Literacy (#MediaAndInfoLiteracy, #MIL) to save both the planet and humanity, capitalizing on the leading role of #UNESCO in this regard.
